This newly remodeled space offers a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The living room features a coastal vibe with seating, large screen tv, cable, internet, and a king murphy bed (preferred sleeping area) where you will enjoy the trade winds and listen to the sound of the waves. Easily put the bed into it's cabinet and enjoy even more great space for living. Expanding your living space even more is a 100 sq ft partially covered lanai with unbeatable views. Enjoy resting in the breezy lanai even if it rains, take a nap, dine al fresco, enjoy a beverage, play a game. Rest. Relax. Rejuvenate.
The rear portion of the condo provides a full bath and a queen bed in the "nook" provides additional sleeping spaces. A full bathroom with shower and tub, and full size laundry with provided soap and softener sheets.
Your home away from home is in Hauula with 1 bedroom fully furnished and sleeps 4. This beautiful condo features a KING bed in the living room, the preferred space to stay to take full advantage of the trade winds. A custom Murphy bed is being locally made, but may not be ready until sometime in November. A cozy QUEEn bed is in the 'Nook." You will enjoy a brilliant space that balances relaxation and functionality with an island vibe. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of adventure or preparing for a new one, this enjoyable retreat has you covered.
About the Owner
I am a retired post-secondary educational administrator and a Colorado Master Gardener. I have always loved the outdoors and spent many a mile in my hiking boots in the mountains, camping, exploring, and just losing myself in the rythym of nature, her sounds, smells, sights, and tactile experiences. I had an opportunity to travel to the north shore of Oahu to a place called Pat's at Punaluu. It was here where nature grabbed my soul. I think for the very first time I actually relaxed, truly relaxed. As a single parent and grandparent building a professional career, raising a child, and maintaining a home kept me busy. When I retired early I thought I would have more time to relax, but I continued to make myself busy and wondered how I ever had time to work. Maybe being busy is just in my nature. What I discovered in Hawaii is that I had never learned to relax. The swaying palm trees, ocean whispers, and the sweet breezes lured me to it's sandy beaches, and the warm waters of the ocean literally cradled and rocked me like a baby.
